This 3 bedroom cottage was once one of the original homes on the property and has been recently renovated to welcome small groups -ideally suited to 3 couples or 2 families. Whether you want to curl up next to the indoor or outdoor fire during winter, take in the summer evenings on the deck looking over the dam, or enjoy a nap in the sunroom, Roma Cottage offers a homely space for relaxing or entertaining.

Roma Cottage Facilities

  • Sleeps 8 people across 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 x single bed and 1 x queen bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x queen bed).

  • Air-conditioning in main living space.

  • Full kitchen including oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and utensils.

  • BBQ facilities.

  • Spacious living and dining area with additional sunroom.

  • TV.

  • Indoor and outdoor fireplaces (use subject to fire bans).

  • Outlook over the dam and Omadale Brook.

  • Limited WiFi available.

FAQs

  • Pets are welcome to come with you during your stay however there are extra cleaning charges for this, and pets are to be always outside. Also, you do need to be mindful of surrounding paddocks/properties as there is livestock surrounding the Orchard. Please get in contact with our team before bringing your pets with you.

  • Our check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am however please contact our staff to find out if you can check in earlier and check out later as this is dependent on our bookings.

  • Yes, there is access to the river from Roma Cottage. If you walk towards the campgrounds from the Cottage, there are multiple entry points to the river for you. Please be mindful of other guests as all access to the river is shared access for all our guests.

  • The Cottage can have 8 guests maximum any extra guests need to be discussed with our office directly and can incur extra costs.

  • We do not supply firewood however we do have this for sale during your stay. You can pre order your firewood via email or purchase this from the caretakers when you arrive. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood.
