Apple Truck Cider
From a way to utilise some of our apples each year, we now use the majority of our crop to produce cider. Once this runs out, we use the same varieties of apples from orchards in the Orange Region.
Omadale Brook Estate
Omadale Brook Estate has been in the family for almost a century and capitalises on the permanent water race from the Barrington Tops. The Vineyard is at an altitude of 460 meters above sea level and allows a later harvest. The grapes can remain on the vines for an additional five to six weeks, intensifying both the flavour and the colour of the red wines.
